MySims is a new, fresh Sims franchise. Meet new characters, complete tasks, design your home and most importantly, lure in the tourists!
Areas
There are quite a few different areas to explore on MySims. In my opinion the Town area has the most going on. Areas include;
- Town Area
- Range of shops, racquetball court, mayor and many of your MySims friends
- Port Area
- Grab a rod and go fishing!
- Highland Area
- Large fishing lake, Racquetball court and Paragliding
- Forest Area
- Furniture store, river fishing and lots of trees
- Entertainment Area
- Casino, fancy clothes and lots more to explore
Minigames
There are several different minigames in MySims which earn you Simoleons and experience. You can;
- Fishing
- Make Lei’s
- Paragliding
- Racquetball
- Play in the Casino
- And More
Other Sims
You will meet new Sims like;
- Chef
- Tailor
- Mayor
- Furniture Shop Owner
- Fisherman
- Sailor
- Florist
Also as Sims visit your town thanks to your errand running, you will be required to talk with them. You can also give them presents. If you don’t get on with one of the Tourist Sims you will have to come back later to cheer them up.
Furnishing and Clothes
You will earn Simoleons which you can then buy furniture for your house. You can buy beds, wardrobes, stereos, TV’s, Tables and chairs all in Red, Blue, Green or Yellow. As for clothes there is a wide range to choose from and you can collect more along the way.
Conclusion
Quite a fun game to play however it is very limited. Many think it is a cheap spin off to the excellent Animal Crossing: Wild World. It’s fun when you get rewards but cheering tourists up can get a bit repetitive.
This year we are taking part in The Twisted Sims Community Exhibiton! What's it about? Well Sims sites can sign up to show off new designs and get their sites noticed in the community!
